These traditional Makunda bracelets are a firm favourite and come in Aliminium (silver colour), Brass (gold colour) and copper (rose gold colour)! Thin wire is wound around a black chord…traditionally a piece of hair from a horse or cow tail. They are all handmade in Venda where the tradition is continued and passed down to the next generation! Therefore they are not all perfectly sized. Most people stack 10-12 bracelets for a full effect…but some can’t get enough and just keep stacking.
